Create new export configuration - Click new configuration menu button or go Export - New. In the opened dialog set the parameters of the export: select the source database, content of the export and the output file.
To locate the database – click “Browse” button. The database could be located not only in the standard Lotus Notes directory but also in any local or network directory.

You have to indicate what kind of document you need to export. If you do not know which type to select, please refer to the section “Exporting FAQ” for more details.
It is an optional step. If the documents you need to export are located in the particular Lotus Notes View or Folder select it. Otherwise skip this step.
On this step it is necessary to select the fields to be exported. If you do not know which fields to select, please refer to the section “Exporting FAQ” for more details.

Possible options are RTF or CSV files. In case of RTF export in the files per message, the Note ID of the original Notes document will be added to the file name.
Indicate the directory and file name of the output file.
