How the order is processed?
Your order is processed manually, normally within 24 hours from the time of payment. It could take up to 5 working days to process your order. There is no automatic activation key sending procedure.

Complete the order form. Please make sure you provide the same e-mail address as you will use during the payment on the paypal site. It is also important that you provide exact lotus notes address. To find out the address please follow the steps described here .
Pay on the PayPal site. It is important that you use the same e-mail address that you've used to complete the order form. If the addresses are not the same it would take extra time to provide you with the copy of software.
