Exporter Personal Exporter Personal Features and installation requirements
- All personal data export
- Address Book (Persons, Groups), Mail (Note and Reply), Calendar (Meeting, Appointment, All day event, Anniversary, Reminder), Tasks, Personal Journal entries. The most important fields are exported (see the list).
- Variety of supported formats
- Microsoft Excel (xls), Extensible Markup Language (xml), Comma Separated Value (csv)
- Unlimited databases
- With Exporter Personal for Lotus Notes you may export as many databases and as many times as you need. There is no limit on the size of the database allowed for export.
- Unzip and Run!
- There is no special installation process. You just need to unzip the archive into any folder and it is ready to use. Program does not install any additional component in the other directories.
- International support
- Exporter Personal is an Unicode program. During the export process Exporter converts the different language content into Unicode text.
- Fractioned fields concatenation
- Exporter Personal concatenates the fractioned fields (for example several parts of mail body text) and exports as one single field.
- Output file size
- Exporter Personal for Lotus Notes has no limitation on the output file size (which is only limited by space available on the disk drive).
- Support of Notes Rich Text and Attachments.
- Exporter Personal for Lotus Notes exports only text information. It does not preserve original text formatting, Notes automation elements, images or attached documents.
- Installation requirements
- Lotus Notes 4.6.1 or higher
- Windows XP Service pack 3 or higher
