- Exporter Standard for Lotus Notes allows exporting ANY note type. Any note field defined in the database document design. (The document type should be defined in the database with the special design note).
- Installation free
- There is no special installation process. You just need to unzip the archive into any folder and it is ready to use. Program does not install any additional component in the other directories.
- Unlimited databases
- With Exporter Standard for Lotus Notes you may export as many databases and as many times as you need. There is no limit on the size of the database allowed for export.
- Export format
- Comma Separated Value (csv), Rich Text Format (rtf).
- International support
- Exporter Standard for Lotus Notes converts automatically the exported content into ASCII text in defined on the local computer code page.
- Fractioned fields concatenation
- Exporter Standard for Lotus Notes allows you to export just one field from the number of the fields with the same name. If you have many fields with the same name defined in a single document (for example several parts of mail body text) only the first part will be extracted.
- Output file size
- Exporter Standard for Lotus Notes allows you to create files of up to 10 MB size.
- Support of Notes Rich Text and Attachments.
- Exporter Standard for Lotus Notes exports only text information. It does not preserve original text formatting, Notes automation elements, images or attached documents.
- Installation requirements
- Lotus Notes 4.6.1 or higher
- Windows XP Service pack 3 or higher
